Only one luggage cart available, making it frustrating to transport items!!! Housekeeping not accommodating when I requested fresh towels, they seemed a bit unpleasant!!! The pool closure wasn't communicated well at all!!!

I chose the King Room Non-Smoking, and it was a dream come true! The couch felt like a hug after a long day of exploring Jackson’s culinary gems, and I appreciated the large TV for some late-night binge-watching. Plus, the multitude of outlets/USB ports made charging my devices a breeze.

But hold your horses, the hotel had only one luggage cart, which was a real hassle for a quick one-night stay. My 91-year-old mom had it tough, and I had to improvise with a walker for her bags. The grout in the shower could use some TLC, and the pool was off-limits for repairs.
